Jordan Taylor joined the Neuger team in May 2018, bringing a unique artistic skillset to the company. Well-versed in watercolor, illustration and hand-lettering, he has been busy lending his talent to various projects.
This year’s Neuger Winter Walk Open House invitation featured Jordan’s work – and was warmly received by many. To create this complex invite, Jordan combined pencil and watercolor on three separate paintings and then used his digital prowess to layer the pieces to create one integrated piece.
Jordan says, “I’ve enjoyed being able to enhance our clients’ marketing with custom artwork. It can be tricky for people to see ways that illustrations can be incorporated into projects, but that’s what we’re here for – to show our clients the endless options available to them by creating custom marketing materials that are unique and engaging.”
You may have also seen Jordan’s work in our holiday greeting video that was sent via email the week of Christmas. Scripted by Madeline and Wendy, Jordan took the story and created the images and then worked with our team members Steven, Dan and Daniel to animate, voice and edit the video.
A fundraising piece for Carleton gave Jordan the opportunity to draw Seuss-like illustrations and then digitally enhance them with color. It is projects like these that allow Jordan to exercise his craft and creativity. With his diverse range of artistic ability, from traditional graphic design to watercolor, Jordan has quickly become an integral part of the Neuger team. Read more about Jordan.
