Chris Clark officially started in his new position Jan. 1, 2015. His responsibilities include external relationships with customers, communities and regulatory agencies in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Additionally, he is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of corporate and regulatory strategies to ensure that Northern States Power Company-MN is positioned as a leader and meeting or exceeding the energy policies of the states it serves.

In his current positions, Jim Ibister is responsible for overall operations and campus-wide Information Technology for Saint Paul Arena Company, a subsidiary of Minnesota Sports & Entertainment. A resourceful and innovative leader, Jim has guided massive projects like the Xcel Energy Center’s total technology renovation, which included its new center-hung scoreboard and will soon feature a versatile new video and digital content distribution system. Under his guidance, Xcel Energy Center and Saint Paul RiverCentre transformed its operations to become an award-winning, internationally-recognized model of sustainability.
