I am of Scandinavian-Lutheran heritage and I’m not supposed to be prone to bragging, but I cannot help myself. Perhaps it’s the German-Armenian side of me that brings me out of my shell. What’s to boast about you ask? I’ll tell you.
For the 12 years we have been in business, we have been telling prospective clients that our goal is to delight our clients … not just satisfy them, but to delight them. We have consistently asked our clients if they’re delighted, but at the beginning of 2015 we decided we should ask the question in a more formal manner. We enlisted our sister company, Fieldstone Research, to conduct a client feedback survey. Responses are still coming in, but to date the client responses have been unbelievably humbling. Out of 53 responses to date, 52 have said they were delighted. We have received comments such as:
- “They say what they’ll do and do what they say … their product is second to none.”
- “They are easily the best experience we have working with an outside firm.”
- “Love, love, love working with the Neuger team! I think they are a hidden gem.”
- “I can’t say enough of how their team has helped us grow our business and look strategically ahead for the next 4 to 10 years.”
- “It’s great to see the longevity and impact of the marketing and branding campaign Neuger developed.”
And, what about the one client that did not check the “delighted” box? First, let me say we genuinely appreciate the constructive criticism. Second, here’s what was said: “Very happy. Only mention the critical stuff for your benefit to improve upon. Love everyone at the team. Keep up the good work!”
