Graphic Designer

Full Time

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design graphics for multiple communications channels in digital and print applications
  • Exhibit proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as the Microsoft Office suite
  • Exhibit a working knowledge or familiarity with Adobe After Effects and experience with motion graphics
  • Be an open-minded collaborator who values and integrates constructive feedback into their work
  • Follow brand standards for the agency and each of its clients
  • Understanding of the print production process is a plus

Web Design

  • Use Figma to wireframe and design websites
  • Create semantic and responsive HTML and CSS templates from a design
  • Create website planning deliverables, such as personas, wireframes and navigation plans

Other Responsibilities

  • Handle multiple projects at the same time and triage/prioritize workflow
  • Provide excellent counsel to clients and effectively communicate project ideas
  • Keep up to date on current techniques and best practices
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset, place value on quality and pay attention to the details
  • Embrace the agency core values of integrity, excellence and success
  • Demonstrate an ability to learn and embrace new technologies

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of agency or in-house design experience
  • A bachelor of arts degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects
  • Experience using HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma is a plus
