One goal – sometimes the goal – of communications is to change behavior. Creating conditions that lead to change is rarely a one-time, one-step, one-size-fits-all process. Changing the behavior of a customer segment, a donor base or a prospect pool is a marathon, not a sprint.

We work closely with clients in a variety of industries to design and execute campaigns that establish a position, frame an issue, make a case, solicit support, promote a product, attract attention or strengthen a relationship. We evaluate these campaigns by the impact they have for our clients. Is the organization recognized as a leader in its field? Do contributions increase? Is there a measurable impact on sales? Are there more inquiries, visits, applications, enrollments, etc.?
