Jeff leads accounts for clients both within and beyond higher education. A member of Neuger Communications Group since 2004, he has helped clients in education complete assessments of their institutional communications, develop strategic recruitment plans, construct and implement financial aid leveraging strategies and conduct market research. He is also our database, data management and analysis guru.

Jeff brings to Neuger Communications Group a decade of prior experience in sales and the use of data to drive communications strategies and decisions. His 12 years in the Enrollment Division of St. Olaf College, including service as director of admissions and interim vice president for enrollment, included oversight of all enrollment communications, the implementation of the Recruitment Plus database, oversight of admissions travel, personnel decisions, extensive work with data analysis, and experience in building inquiry scoring systems and financial aid leveraging models.

Jeff received his bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College, with a double major in English and history. A native of South Carolina, Jeff came to Minnesota to attend college and has, despite the winters, put down roots.

He is an avid reader, an enthusiastic traveler, and a runner whose personal best marathon time is 3:23. He lives in Northfield, Minnesota, with his wife, Betsy, and their daughter and son.
